Horizon is self-serve. Why would I need you?
For simple setups you may not. Horizon itself points customers to partners for complex requirements and data migration: multiple entities, years of history, approvals and controls, and books that have to tie out on day one.
How long does a Horizon implementation take?
Less time than you'd think. A solo operator can be live in days; a midmarket team with closed books, in a matter of weeks. The limit is usually adoption and data volume, and we'll tell you plainly which timeline is realistic.
Do we have to replace all our systems?
No. Replace everything, or keep the systems that genuinely work and let Horizon carry the rest. Nothing is ripped out before you're ready.
Is Horizon Finance available now?
Horizon Finance is in early access, enabled on request. We handle the request and get it set up for you.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on your scope and data, so we cover it on the discovery call and agree the budget before any work starts.
Can you migrate our historical data?
Yes. We clean and map your exported files, stage them, and tie out opening balances before anything posts.
Do you work outside Arizona?
Yes — we work with clients nationwide.
